Pre-Qualify: I can assist you with finding a qualified mortgage lender who can provide for your financing needs. Your financing can all be done in house to provide you with the best possible rates.

Properties in your E-mail: As a Broward Realtor, Once you provide me with the information as to what features you would like in your new home, I will set up a search criteria which will send e-mails to you with any new listings that match. This allows you access to be one of the first to view these new listing (the real good properties go really quick), before other Broward Realtors even get a chance to call their clients. You can also search the Broward Realtor 's MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for properties.

Once we start looking at properties, I will assist you in performing your personal inspection, and can elaborate on the features and draw backs of the home. Yes, as your Broward Realtor I will also point out negative things that I find along the way, and not just the positives.

When we find a home, I will prepare all the paperwork for making the offer, and explain any questions or concerns you might have. I can also provide you with a comparable market analysis to assist you in establishing a fair offer amount. Offers can vary, I can explain this further to you. I will then negotiate on your behalf with the listing Broward Realtor to get you the best price possible.

Once the offer is accepted or a price has been negotiated, I will have a qualified inspection performed on the property. The inspectors will look for any defects, non-working items, appliances, roof, termite, and a variety of other things.

When the inspection report comes back, I will go over the inspection with you and explain any questions you have, and discuss further action needed.

By this time we will have already chosen a Title company/Real Estate Attorney who will perform most of the legal research, and paperwork for the closing.

Final Walk-Thru, we are almost ready to move in, this final walk-thru will ensure that all inspection deficiencies were corrected, and everything is ready for closing.

The Closing Everything should be ready for this final step. Seems easy enough, and all the work was done and facilitated for you, all the work, worries and stress was on my shoulders, but you got your new HOME.
