Webpage : A particular page created just for your house with your properties information, photos and map directions. Broward-Properties.com alone receives an average of over 300 visitors daily. Check for yourself, the counter shows actual page visits.

Internet Home Searches : Just like the MLS home search on my website, your property will be submitted to thousands of other Real Estate Home Search page, including realtor.com and other national and international Real Estate related search pages.

Internet Presence : Most Realtors are not Web savvy. I personally created and manage my website. With the growth of the internet, an ever growing amount of Buyers are searching the internet for their homes. Since I don't pay a webmaster to service or create my internet presence I can afford to list homes for 5%.

Sponsor ads : This is a feature specific to my marketing techniques. I have not seen other Realtors or Real Estate Services provide this advanced marketing, yet. These are boxes on right side of search engines, on top of search results (Like Google). This specifically targets buyers searching the internet for homes using any keywords that might relate to your property. Yes, your property's information can appear on search engine front page results.

There is no need to newspapers or magazines as your property will be sold faster than the print can get to the public. But if you if you want to see your house in magazines or newspapers, I can do that too.
